Course Overview

Effective learning hinges on deliberate design, where presenters craft engaging experiences that foster a safe and participatory environment for participants. Learning experiences must be thoughtfully crafted, i.e. designed to facilitate the application and reinforcement of knowledge through high-quality engagements, leveraging established principles and theories of learning, engagement, and cognition. This immersive training, workshop, and individual coaching provide participants diverse skills, tools, techniques, and practical design elements tailored to enhance learning delivery and learner engagement. Ultimately, participants are empowered to design experiences that engage learners and optimise outcomes, ensuring unparalleled learning experiences.

Course Pre-requisite:

  1. None
 Certification Requirements:

Successfully demonstrate your design and delivery (presentation) during Day 3. Each participant is also expected to provide constructive feedback to the presentations of other participants during Day 3.

Your trainer will let you know the type of assessment at the start of the training. The final assessment is designed to assess your application of design skills to engage learners.

Successfully demonstrate your design and delivery (presentation). You must meet the minimum requirements. Those who did not meet the minimum requirements will have to make due corrections failing which the certification may not be awarded. 

All examinees must have access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a stable internet connection if this training cum coaching is conducted online. 

Submissions must be original and solely created by the participant. Any replication of others' work will result in disqualification

In cases where the assessment is administered remotely, candidates must keep their cameras turned on throughout the presentation of the assessmnet. This measure is to ensure visibility and adherence to exam conditions.
