Congratulations to the Ministry of Health and SMI for their proactive approach to fostering awareness about Leading in a VUCA World. Recently, 30 senior doctors from the northern states of Malaysia—Perlis, Kedah, Perak, and Penang—participated in a dynamic 2-day session focused on Agile Leadership and navigating through volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) in the medical profession in particular and the health ministry in general. Kudos to all involved for investing in their leadership skills and embracing adaptability in these challenging times.
