The Agile Transformation Journey is a structured and strategic process designed to guide organizations through their transition towards greater Agility. This journey is broken down into four key phases, each targeting critical aspects of the transformation to ensure successful adoption and long-term benefits.

Phase 1: Organisational/Department Agility Scan + AMA
The journey begins with a comprehensive Baseline Assessment, where challenges and opportunities for agile transformation are identified. This involves an Agility scan across the organization or specific departments, combined with an Agility Maturity Assessment (AMA) session to gather insights and perspectives from stakeholders. The goal is to establish a clear understanding of the current state and identify areas that need improvement.

Phase 2: Strategic Framework & Roadmap
Next, a strategic framework is developed, which outlines the organization’s goals, boundaries, parameters, and relevant metrics. Phase 3: Purposeful Interventions
