Photos from our recent Knowledge Management Certified Professional (KMCP) Training - May 2025

May & June 2025 marked a significant milestone, as we proudly conducted our first Knowledge Management Certified Professional (KMCP) Certification program.  Agile Consultancy,  in collaboration with Knowledge Connections, successfully delivered the KMCP at the elegant Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Held over five immersive days spanning two weeks, a passionate group of 20 participants, facilitators, and trainers came together - not just to learn, but to co-create knowledge in action.
This journey was guided by the incredible leadership of Geeta Albert (PhD), KMCP Director, and Wanor Sintaro 旺諾莱妮 Rahman, KMCP Project Manager. I had the honour of co-training alongside Dr. Geeta, supported by a dynamic team of facilitators: Kalpana Chandran, Kanchana , CKM, Sharifah, and Jefrina - each bringing their unique strengths to the table and Vox Solutions as the platform provider.
We were also enriched by daily guest speakers - a pharmacist, a technologist, a customer experience expert, and a corporate icon - who brought the practical relevance of KM to life in powerful ways.  The diverse mix of participants from both the public and private sectors made this a truly dynamic and insightful learning space.
To top it off, by June 2025, we completed two post-training KMCP coaching sessions, reaffirming that KM is not a one-time training - it’s a continuous journey of transformation.

To everyone who played a role, thank you.
To our participants—congratulations.
The ripple effect of your learning has only just begun.
